especially the juniors and external volunteers.

i’m glad to see them smiling throughout the whole event, the words please and thank you were being used repeatedly by everyone who were on duty. helping hands everywhere, teamwork and members compromised among each other. 

i didn’t expect it to be so good honestly.

it was seriously out of our expectation.

Organizing an event isnt that easy you know, espcially when theres no supports and stuff. we have been through lots of hard times preparing this event, few times of test run, millions of meetings and discussion throughout this 2-3months.  committee members’ sleepless nights. disappointment. tiredness, frustrations etc. we tried hard to keep everyone updated from time to time, cheer and motivate everyone especially our own team members.

        

Due to the low budget and weak support from the students and management, we cant afford to order much food for this event, we had to make the food and drinks ourselves on that day itself. the catering team did a GREAT job. everyone loves our food. the DESIGN team too did a GREAT job in decorating the bars and tables, they created their own decorations and etc.  

the respond from the graduates are disappointing. Ticket sales wasn’t satisfying. we didn’t meet our targeted sales though. we targeted 500 crowds and we had around 300+ with us that night and thats GREAt enough. This is our first time organizing this kind of event, as the college life in KBU is quite boring, we( Student council) would love to spice up your college life by organizing all this event the suit us(youngsters) ’s taste. we tried really hard to buy their hearts to convince the students , esp the grads to support us. it was a tough process. but its all worth it.

and once again, Bravo to those who are involved!

and to those who didnt join us,i feel so sorry for u coz it was really a great night. hee. us SC members too enjoyed ourselves in the middle of the dance floor. we danced with our name tags on. lol. it was cool. 

i wasn’t really involved in the pre-preparation of RAVE due to my finals. my last paper was on that day itself. i was the assistant leader for the marketing team and leader of the SC Team5 though. i was luckily enough to have 6 wonderful supportive members that really tried their best to sale the tickets out just to meet our weekly sales target. After my last paper, i went to help out with almost everything. they started the decoration and stuff after 12.30pm because the hall was occupied. so, we have less then 5-hours to prepare everything for that night. even though we were all being assigned with a job, we all still helped out with each other’s job and make sure everything goes well. On that night itself, i was in charged of the “Lord and Laday Rave”, Registration table and i am the first aid lady of that night too. no one got hurt though. hee. Thank God! 3 task in hand but i was able to enjoy myself at the dance floor, thanks to the juniors and wan yeo’s supports. =)

i met someone in college today,
let us address him as Z.
Met Z this afternoon and talked to him for like 30seconds? lol.

and you know what did Z noticed about me?
Z said that i look different.

i looked tired and moody.

even the way i smile looks tired too.
My eyes are still shinning but not as much as last time.
He is really good eh? heee.
and before we ended our conversation in MSN, Z wants me to ‘jia you’ ,
continue to shine in my eyes and recover the sweetness in my smile.

dear friends..dear abigail babe.
just wana tell you all that im not lazy in updating my blog k..
its just that,i am extremely busy with my work and theres nth much happening in my life here too since the last entry, was battling with my assignments this entire week.
didn’t sleep well for 3 days already, 3days-slept for 10 hours in total. amazing right?
everyone who get to meet me this 2 weeks will see the worst part of me, i mean, with the panda eyes,pimples, tiring look and…..*sshh*
i spend at least 15hours with my books and laptop everyday. now i feel so smart. done so much reading. haha.
*i’m sorry if i ignore some of u guys in msn, im sorry if i ignore u guys in college and at home..im sorry i didnt manage to spend time with u girls talking and eating like how we used to. i sorry for not going for meals together..im sorry.
i just don’t feel like smiling at times, talking. don’t feel like entertaining others-i don’t have the extra energy to do so. but no worries, adeline will be back soon, it will be over soon =)

sorry for not updating much lately, especially this month.
i have been busy, very busy, stress and emotional.
no more class. having study break. 
will be at home and lib most of the time i guess.

9 more days to my assignments due date,
15 more days to my finals and baby’s home coming. 
19 more days to my 3 months plus holiday. =)

I’v finally bought my Roxy handbag(s),
Anna Sui’s Dolly Girl perfumeand Jlo’s Glow after dark perfume.
satisfied. seriously.
but i’m not feeling right.
like what michelle said,
what i’v spent is enough to feed an orphanage for a few months.
yeah, thats quite true.

enough of pampering myself after that incident.
i still remember it clearly,
the things and the words that hurt me so much. goshed.
its been almost 5 months. i wish i have you before.
how i wish i could turn back the time and reject you for the second time.

well, i know i deserves more.i’m so glad its over.
BUT the feeling being betrayed, being disappointed,

this girl is not thinking right again. She cried herself to sleep last night without knowing the reason why. she sobbed to be exact. funny isn’t it? Its been so long since she had done that to herself. Didn’t really sleep well last night, woke up 3 times in the middle of the night, wasn’t sure what’s on her mind, she just feel like crying again and again under her blanket hugging her soft toys, hoping that her roommate didn’t hear her. As the result, her eyes aren’t that bright and shinny today. I think she got her eye bags too. Goshed . that is terrible. Woke up around 8 in the morning, had a long cold shower,refreshing her mind & soul and had her honey oats drink as her breakfast.

She is listening to her favorite songs, writing this entry while waiting for the time to go college for a meeting.
After latin class, she’s going to have her hair cut and maybe going for 2 movies ‘over her dead body’ and ‘ definitely, maybe’ or ‘ fool’s gold’ with her date.
It weird knowing that she’s not craving for any popcorns this time.
she just need a break, away from people, so she doesnt need to smile at all times even though her heart is aching deep inside. laughing and crying freely in the cinema hall, in the dark, watching all those romance drama.
Scary movies are a NO for her, she’s not going to pay to scare herself to death.
Dinner at One Utama and must be home before 8pm to do her assignments.
Taking cab though.
thinking of going to sing K alone,but its like so weird when people see her go into the room alone, singing alone for hours. hahaa. yea,she do mind what people thinks about her.

You know there’s an international guy followed her in college yesterday after the RAVE graduation Party’s promotion, luckily Chaman and Wan yoe were there in front of her so she ran into the lift with them.
*thats funny and scary at the same time*
She was about to walk home with her whole piles of books and files. darn heavy.

last night there’s a whole bunch of firemen came to her house due to the honey bee hive behind her house. but they couldn’t spot the hive last night. The stupid warden , Mr. Lee called them up and report t to them but he didnt inform us that the FIREMEN will come for our rescue. so geng ah, the girls were like ‘wow’ , coz they never met so many firemen in uniforms and the HUGE ‘fireman’s car’ personally( have no idea what to call that ) anyways, after checking and talking to the girls in the house, they climb out from the back of the fence to the main road to their ‘HuGe car’. hahaa. thats so so so funny, came in through the front door and went back through the fence behind the house. it was like a kungfu movie where you see a bunch of ninja men climbing the fence.LOL. all of the girls n the house were like expecting them to jump.

the weather is so fine now,
think its gonna rain anytime soon or around evening time again as usual.

Had a sexy time with Jessie in a lingerie shop.I bought some silky new undergarments for myself at XixiLi and bought a set of pink undergarments for Jessie my dear for her 21st Birthday. *happiness*=) both of us spent more then an hour in xixili just choosing and trying on the undergarments. the new arrivals are quite nice, girls go and have a look! =D Meet up with the guys and we had our lunch at … i cant remember whats the name of the japanese restaurant, near the place selling roti boy OH its just next to Secret Recipe.

I couldnt finish that big bowl of delicious pork + something something rice,
so i asked the little waiter boy whether i can take away, he nodded.
after 20-minutes, he never come back with my tapao food.
i asked him and he said he threw away dy, and he dare to ask me whether i wana order again.
swt.
that bowl of pork- whatever it is- worth rm15 and i just finished 30%,still left lots of yummy pork
thats why i was thinking of bringing home for dinner coz its yummy yummy,
mana tahu he threw it away.
that waiter boy dont even understand what is “take away”
i should say “bungkus” instead.

 Went to the KL Convention Center just now for THE NEXTGEN CONTENTPRENEUR AWARD by ASTRO.  

 

My beautiful housemate, Ng Ai Shan managed to enter the final round of that competition. We are so proud of her knowing that she is chosen to be one of the finalist out of all the 400+ entries even though she didn’t get the awards.thats very good already girl! Congratss!  

Shu wei, Ai Shan’s 2nd brother and i followed her to the award. To be frank, it was my first time attending such event, super excited! Samrt Casual was their dresscode, i even went online to check whether was i underdress or overdress. lol. 
Ai Shan drove there and we reached the place before 6pm as the email that was sent to Ai Shan says that the event starts at 6pm. We were extremel shocked when we saw all of the people there wore black formal suit with tie and nice hair-do. GOshed. we start panicking coz i thought i was underdressed,
then a moment later we found out that al those ppl in black are the staffs and Ushers. LOL. *BIG PHEW* Ai Shan approched one of the smart looking Usher to ask where we should head to and to our surprise, we were the first group of people that arrived.
( we totally forgotten that we are in Malaysia, sigh, malaysian’s time)
They should give Ai Shan extra credits as the first participants who arrived there *heee. The user told us that the event will start at 7.15pm,
So we decided to go KLCC to have our proper dinner.  We were back to the place again around 7.10pm,
and we waited waited and waited till 8.30pm.

We were entertaining by some kind of interesting show outside the waiting hall such as stroller band, Pewter making,batik signing, Makulele, Samba etc.. interesting. =)

we were brought into the ballroom after that,i personally felt so excited when we were seated inside the ballroom even though i was really tired of standing and waiting for almost 3 hours. Ai Shan were asked to seat at the different side of the hall together with another nominees.  
Before the award begins,the manager of the event informed us that we aren’t allowed to take pics due to the flash and handphones have to be switched off coz it will distract the 3 video cameras.
So, i switched off my both handphones and kept Ai Shan’s camera inside my pouch and put my full concentration on the performance. I was amazed by how the do the nomination thingy, it feels like im in a mini hollywood awards things like that. LOL.

Ai Shan videos managed to enter 3 different categories(there was only 3 different videos for different categories)- i didn’t take note of what categories, was busy clapping hands and cheering. hahaa. Man! i was so damn excited. I was super high when Reshmonu performed, feels like im in the club. =) and when Mia Palencia performed her songs, the super man song touches made my heart sank. the words, the wonderful voice.
Hannah Tan was there too to announce the winner for a few categories together with UTT. 
interesting night INDEED.

yea,the title has nth to do with this entry that im going to write now. hahaha.im listening to Britney’s songs now. so..got kinda excited. =) “Oops,i did it again” hahha.oh wells =)

i fell down from the concrete stair case near the main road behind my house yesterday morning. both legs were bleeding,i slowly stood up and walk to GUARDIAN @ Centerpoint (which is just across the road).bought everything there and treat my wounds on the spot before paying the bill coz my wounds were bleeding and i was in pain.
made used of my first aid knowledge though, taught 3 batch of my juniors in St. John Ambulance before back in high school, leader of the first aider.its a shame if i cant treat myself when i get hurt. =)

i walked to College slowly after that.i was later,my friends were shocked when they saw my legs.hope that it wont leave any scars. =(learnt some new cantonese line that day. i think my cantonese speaking is improving. *winks

The due date of the coursework from UK is getting nearer. goshed.there is still another coursework, still waiting for the news from UK. finals are external papers. x(

had 4 meetings after Lab class today, but i skipped 2 of them in the middle because i have more important things to settle @ one utama. took a cab to one Utama with m macbook after the first meeting. i have 3 important task that i must that afternoon.and i reached one Utama, i found out that i did not bring the important doc with me(which is task1), i asked the texsi driver to u-turn back to my place-with a offer of paying extra money. but he did not want to wait to me to grab my stuff so i took another texsi again to OneU. paid Rm7.60 in total. sent my macbook to the store( task2) and went to complete my task2. then task3. =) went back to the store again after completing task 1 and 3. Jason(the guy that taught me how to function my mac) told me that he can’t help me with my task2, i need to go back to him again after i got another CD. then i took a cab from new wing back to my place, RM6. =.=” i was too tired to walk to old wing texsi stand to take the normal cab which will only cost RM3 for me to go home. the ticket system there is way tooooo expensive. wonder how many idiots like me are willing to take their cab. if only i wasnt carrying my macbook with tons of groceries.. if only i wasnt that exhausted..i will for sure go to the old wing texsi stand. hmph!

was being informed that scholarship holders are require to ’serve’ the college for special events. i was asked to be in the college this sunday 10am to 6pm for the College’s open day. i heard my other friends who are also scholarship holders were asked to serve in the library for 4 hours a week. hhmm..i didnt knw about it till this morning. oh wells. 

i will be the MC of the inter class competition-amazing factor event. wow! im so so happy! they say i will be holding a mic throughout the event. in charge of the introduction part, registration, fees…*excited* cant wait for it! 

and and and there will be a year3 graduation party-RAVE soon.saw the poster designed by the design team, its amazing! disco ball, guitar, base, speaker..clubbing and party-ish night @ the underground car park. its going to be GREAT! 

april orientation coming up soon too! weee~ im involved too. haa! 

1 cent coin campaign is good, we have at least 10,000 of one cent coins in the collection box. hee. 2 weeks plus to go. =)anti-smoking campaign has finally ended! haha..no need to go around and do inspection anymore.

yay!we talked about trip to redang and go for kayak-ing. =D hahha. 

my life is getting more interesting and more drama too.ahhaha. the heels that i bought with carissa that day has just died. it last me for 2 weeks. darn! RM48 for 1 weeks? i wore it for less then 10 times, less then 100hours.
how can u die just like that?! =’(

bought a cutie from forever 21 and a brown top from PDI.
*big wide grins* u knw what?im broke.lols! so sad that i couldn’t join Carissa them for the singapore movie tonight. 
sobs. adeline is on budget now until next wednesday.hahahaa. i cant wait till that day.=)
